From Tim Hunt:
Dear Synod Coordinators and Catholic Leaders,
Thanks for the many updates we’ve received outlining local activity in parish communities across the Archdiocese. We’re now aware of over 150 listening sessions that have either been planned or have already taken place! If you haven’t already, please take a moment to inform us of your plans and progress!
Help Needed: Listening to School Aged Catholics
We are looking beginning to plan online listening session with school aged Catholics, but need assistance facilitating and notetaking for small groups. Potential dates currently include March 30th and April 2nd for Zoom gatherings. If you’d be interested in helping either as a small group facilitator or notetaker, please indicate your availability for those 2 dates by using this Doodle poll. We will reach back out to those who use the Doodle poll by Tuesday, March 8th with next steps.
Report your Listening Sessions!
Please don’t wait until the May 6th deadline to submit the results of your listening efforts! We encourage you to use the online form to submit reports for individual listening sessions AND when submitting a summary of all your listening sessions!
Don’t forget to access our Synod Resource Webpage for further guidance and tools.
In Christ,
Tim
